NEW REEL WARRANTY
I feel confident that you will be pleased to own one of these reels. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with the performance of the reel, I will give you a refund for the price of the reel for a
period of 30 days after receiving your reel (Shipping, Tax & Ins. not included). Also mechanical
failures, although very unlikely, will be guaranteed for 6 months after receipt of reel (return
Shipping & Ins. included). Personal abuse or misuse (scratches, dents, bends, lost or missing parts)
will not be guaranteed. Warranty valid only if you are the original buyer.

NEW REEL SERVICE WARRANTY
Any quality reel used on a regular basis should be serviced at least once a year. This is why I am
offering, free of charge, "once a year service" with the purchase of any new custom made reel. 
This means I will disassemble, clean and lube your reel once every 12 months, free of charge, provided
you are the original owner. You will be responsible for the cost of new parts (if necessary), shipping,
insurance (if requested) and sales tax (if applicable). Please contact me via email or phone before
returning reel to discuss arrangements, condition of reel and time it will take to service.

TOURNAMENT SERVICE UPGRADE - $25.00 per REEL
This upgrade is designed for the tournament fishermen who require top performance out of their reels.
It is the same as the Service Warranty (as described above) except instead of once a year, I will
service your reel "anytime" you deem it necessary for as long as you own the reel.
